Our general on-site coverage area is Edgecombe, southeastern Franklin, northeastern Johnston, southern Halifax, Nash, Wilson, eastern Wake, and northern Wayne counties. We can travel beyond that for an additional fee.
Our usual on-site service calls are Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
We are available by phone Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm, Saturday between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
We are closed on Sundays, but are open most holidays.
